We are an independent preschool operation with units in Haninge and Huddinge municipalities. We are now looking for staff for our operations in both Huddinge and Haninge, with immediate start.

We work with the curriculum and the municipality's guidelines for preschool operations as well as based on Islamic values (in our approach), interculturality, language development work, and sustainable development profile. We also offer a language department (English) at two of our units.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced preschool assistant with special competence in developing pedagogical environments tailored for younger children. The position involves actively contributing to creating inspiring, developing, and safe learning environments for the children, in line with the preschool's educational guidelines. We also value the importance of values-based work in children's development.

It is an advantage if you highly value outdoor activities, as we are outdoors daily, in all weather, and work with the mindset that learning occurs as much indoors as outdoors.

We value the development of staff as highly as that of the children, working with both educators' work processes and children's learning processes, and encourage and support educators in their own development, seeking inspiration and innovation.

Employment form approximately 75%, depending on position and service with a monthly salary.

We are also looking for you who are a qualified preschool assistant with at least 3 years of work experience.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing children's education based on Lpfö18 in preschool. You have good knowledge of implementing the curriculum, working with systematic quality work, and other governing documents in the operation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, is not afraid to lead and take responsibility, and sees communication and interaction as an important part of achieving a good work environment. You have good writing skills and social competence, and a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues. You are an active and present educator with the children.

We are looking for preschool assistants for our preschool unit in Huddinge and Haninge, with the start as soon as possible. The employment is for a longer temporary position as well as a part-time position.
